CELENA S 概要

CELENA的数字成像系统使捕获高分辨率的显微图像，简单高效，一键拍照就可以获取。不要让它的“小”欺骗了你，CELENA S配备了先进的精密光学器件，高灵敏度的CMOS传感器，数字控制LED光源与硬涂层荧光滤光片，和计算机图像分析软件。这个复杂而简单的软件支持多色荧光成像、明场成像、相差成像、活细胞延时成像和z轴堆叠成像。



一体机系统的高成像质量


活细胞延时成像

 在精确控制的环境下，活细胞可以在延时模式下成像。

 这些图像可以用来创建带有注释的视频；


饱满的、“印刷品”质量的图片

  先进的精密光学和高灵敏度的相机允许您捕获高分辨率，多通道荧光图像；


机载数据分析

 从各种工具中选择分析和注释您的图像。测量数据可以保存在本机或U盘上。


Z-STACK成像

​​ 在z-stack模式下捕获多个焦平面的图像。图像可以被聚焦融合以产生一幅图像或组合成一个视频；


可互换的荧光滤色块和物镜

​12+硬涂层LED荧光滤光块；

放大范围为1.25-100x的无限远校正物镜；



细胞计数

 在细胞计数模式下检查细胞浓度和存活率。CELENA®S自动调整光线和焦点，以达到更好的效果；




活细胞成像——简洁的台上孵化器

CELENA®S台上培养系统可用于各种生理和非生理条件下的活细胞成像实验。该气体混合器允许对空气的组成、湿度和温度进行精确控制。温度控制器分别对活细胞培养箱的板和盖进行加热，以增加对系统温度的控制，防止冷凝的形成。


CELENA®S可以很容易地为长时间的细胞分析设置延时成像序列，以及导出图像或创建带有注释的完整延时视频。
